How to Make a Donation
At this time, if you would like to make a tax-deductible donation
to the Foundation, you have a few options.
- Make a donation via our secure server.
Please fill out the following online form and click the submit button.
We also accept credit card donations over the
phone. Please call 206-870-3774. You may also fax us your donation by printing
out the
Fax Gift Form then
fax to 206-870-3756 OR checks can be mailed to the Foundation
office at the address below along with the
Form. - Make a pledge overtime. Print out the
Pledge Form and
mail OR fax it to the Foundation office.
