How to Make a Donation


If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to the Foundation, you have a few options: 

  1. Make a donation via our secure server. Please fill in the following online form and click the submit button.  (See online donation Privacy Policy.)

* If you wish to designate your donation to a specific area, please specify.

  1. We also accept credit card donations over the phone. Call (206) 870-3774.
  2. You may fax your donation. Print the Fax Gift Form then fax to (206) 870-3779.
  3. Checks can be mailed to the Foundation office at the address below along with the Form.
  4. Make a pledge over time. Print the Pledge Form and mail OR fax to the Foundation office.
