Privacy Policy
The Foundation at Highline Community College
respects the privacy of our donors and the users of our web site and
services. In this regard we have developed the following Privacy
Policy:

In order to process your donations and/or purchase of tickets to
events through this on-line giving site, we will need to know some
of the standard information, such as your name, mailing address,
telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number.

All
information is encrypted using SSL, an industry standard secure
technology that has been developed to prevent the theft or
interception of the information you have provided.

It is the
policy of the Foundation that the information you provide is private
and confidential and is saved in a protected location and is used
only for the purpose for which you have provided the information.

The Foundation at Highline Community College will not sell, trade or
give away any of the personal information you have provided.

Refund Policy

Once a gift has been made to the Foundation at
Highline Community College and the gift has completed being
processed by the banking institution, the gift will not be refunded.

It is the Foundation’s understanding that your gift is a donation to
a not-for-profit 501c3 corporation; governed by IRS regulations and
when the transaction is complete the case is closed.

Possible exceptions would be if there are
litigious circumstances involved, or if the individual is purchasing
tickets to an event and they are unable to attend because of
circumstances beyond their control. If the refund request is made
seven days prior to the event, a refund will be considered.
